JOHN L NESS, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Ness obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Florida. Dr. Ness attended Medical School at the University of South Florida in Tampa and completed The Family Practice Residency Program at Tallahassee Memorial Regional Medical Center in 1981.
Dr. Ness established this primary care practice in 1984. He treats patients throughout their life spans, often seeing multiple generations of the same families. Dr. Ness works with practitioners across a variety of disciplines to bring a practical, holistic and person-centered approach to medicine.
When not in the office Dr. Ness can be found playing a few sets on the tennis courts, or exploring the great outdoors with his grandchildren and family.

Dr. Mills is an excellent therapist and brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice. Dr. Mills has dedicated his career to helping others, shaping academics and future therapists. This includes the implementation of research and providing unique educational and service-oriented leadership as a founding and former Associate Director of the Florida State University Center for Leadership and Social Change. Retired from his career as a Professor, this has freed up his time to do what he loves, listening and talking to people.

JAMES "JIM" WHYTE IV, ND, PHD, FNAP, FAAN
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Dr. Jim Whyte holds a Doctorate in Nursing from the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and a Doctorate in Public Health from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom.
Dr. Whyte began his professional career in the Marines, and was later selected for a commissioning program. He selected the Nurse Corps option and served in a variety of nursing roles during his military career. He retired after 22 years of service. He currently is a Professor of Nursing at the Florida State University College of Nursing in addition to seeing patients in the office.
Jim is a life long martial artist and a IBJFF first degree black belt! Check out the Whyte family gym:

Mrs. Odham is a Florida State University alumna, and has been a nurse practitioner for 27 years. She is experienced in family medicine and gynecology. During her time off, Mrs. Odham enjoys the lake with her family and dogs.
